Secret arrests will stay secret....

Apparently, we don't live in the US anymore, where our Govt. is accountable to the citizens. We, as individuals, have the right to know what our Govt. is doing. The Supreme Court said "When law enforcement uses covert tactics to monitor a citizen, that citizen should be able to become aware of that tactic."

Ironically, that was the decision handed down to justify why radar detectors are illegal. How does Virginia (and D.C. and others) get away with it then? They're illegal there. Simple. On every road that crosses into Virginia, there is a big honkin sign which says "Radar detectors are illegal in Virginia. Speed monitored by radar."

There's your notification.
